Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Leave out spice.
  3. Coat chop with sauce. Cover lightly with pork spice and place in individual bag
  4. Divide remaining sauce mix into 4 bags
  5. Cook for min. 2 hrs @ 130F

Grill

  1. Heat grill to max. Brown each side. About 1-2 minutes per side depending on BBQ
  2. Serve with scalloped potatoes and sauerkraut
  3. Enjoy with a crisp Riesling
