Ingredients
- Pork chops. Bone in. Fat trimmed. 1” thick
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- Club House Pork spice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Mix all ingredients together. Leave out spice.
- Coat chop with sauce. Cover lightly with pork spice and place in individual bag
- Divide remaining sauce mix into 4 bags
- Cook for min. 2 hrs @ 130F
Grill
- Heat grill to max. Brown each side. About 1-2 minutes per side depending on BBQ
- Serve with scalloped potatoes and sauerkraut
- Enjoy with a crisp Riesling
