Pork rack - 2pcs
Apple - 1
Rosemary - 2pcs
Garlic - 4 small pcs
Honey - little bit
Butter - little bit
Honey mustard - 1 table spoon (For the sauce)
Honey - 2 tea spoons (For the sauce)

Step 1
Clean the pork rack, season salt and black pepper on both sides of pork rack

Peel and slice the garlic, peel and slice the apple

Put the pork rack into a zipper-lock bag, together with the garlic slices and apple slices, and some rosemary, and start the sous vide machine at 60 degrees for 1.5 hours

After sous vide, remove the zipper-lock bag. Pan fry the garlic with butter, then add the rosemary and pork rack, grill the pork rack for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown, rest for a few minutes

Put the apples and the remaining juice in another saucepan, blend the apples, add the honey mustard and mix well, turn off the heat
