Ingredients
- Pork rack - 2pcs
- Apple - 1
- Rosemary - 2pcs
- Garlic - 4 small pcs
- Honey - little bit
- Butter - little bit
- Honey mustard - 1 table spoon (For the sauce)
- Honey - 2 tea spoons (For the sauce)
Directions
- Clean the pork rack, season salt and black pepper on both sides of pork rack
- Peel and slice the garlic, peel and slice the apple
- Put the pork rack into a zipper-lock bag, together with the garlic slices and apple slices, and some rosemary, and start the sous vide machine at 60 degrees for 1.5 hours
- After sous vide, remove the zipper-lock bag. Pan fry the garlic with butter, then add the rosemary and pork rack, grill the pork rack for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown, rest for a few minutes
- Put the apples and the remaining juice in another saucepan, blend the apples, add the honey mustard and mix well, turn off the heat
Finishing Steps
- Finally, add little bit honey for the final touch (optional)
