  • Pork loin chops

  • Butter

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Add tab of butter and sprig of rosemary Take out all air with food saver or by hand

  • Step 3

    After temp has gotten to 140 place in Sous vide cooker and set time for 3 hrs.

    • Step 0

      After time is up place 2 tabs of butter and a sprig rosemary in very hot skillet. Pat off all moisture from chops and place in skillet searing all sides and edges for 20 seconds a side.

    • Step 1

      Remove from skillet serve with new potatoes and vegetables
