  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Add tab of butter and sprig of rosemary Take out all air with food saver or by hand
  3. After temp has gotten to 140 place in Sous vide cooker and set time for 3 hrs.

  1. After time is up place 2 tabs of butter and a sprig rosemary in very hot skillet. Pat off all moisture from chops and place in skillet searing all sides and edges for 20 seconds a side.
  2. Remove from skillet serve with new potatoes and vegetables
