Ingredients for 5

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 2.5 lb pork loin

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 Tbsp your favorite spice mix

  • 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Rub loin with your favorite spice mix. Score fat section with a knife.

  • Step 3

    Place loin in bag using water emersion.

  • Step 4

    Cook for 2.5 hrs at 140 or 137 if you like it a bit more pink

    • Grill/stove Top

    • Step 0

      Pull loin out and dry. Let sit 10 min.

    • Step 1

      Preheat cast iron skillet on grill or stove on high.

    • Step 2

      Add butter, garlic, thyme to pan. Add loin and sear on all sides for one min each. Spoon butter and aromatics over loin.

    • Step 3

      Remove and let sit for 10 min then slice.
