Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2.5 lb pork loin
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp your favorite spice mix
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Rub loin with your favorite spice mix. Score fat section with a knife.
- Place loin in bag using water emersion.
- Cook for 2.5 hrs at 140 or 137 if you like it a bit more pink
Grill/stove Top
- Pull loin out and dry. Let sit 10 min.
- Preheat cast iron skillet on grill or stove on high.
- Add butter, garlic, thyme to pan. Add loin and sear on all sides for one min each. Spoon butter and aromatics over loin.
- Remove and let sit for 10 min then slice.
