    Marinade 4 hours in refrigerator (over night better)

  • Step 3

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 4

    Cook for 4 hours

      Brown in a skillet adding entire contents of bag.

    • Step 1

      Let rest for 10 minutes

    • Step 2
