- Pork Loin
- McCormick Applewood Marinade
- 1/4 cup Mustard
Directions
- Marinade Pork with Applewood marinade as per direction. Also mixing in mustard. In a ziplock bag.
- Marinade 4 hours in refrigerator (over night better)
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Cook for 4 hours
- Brown in a skillet adding entire contents of bag.
- Let rest for 10 minutes
- Carve and enjoy
