Directions

  1. Marinade Pork with Applewood marinade as per direction. Also mixing in mustard. In a ziplock bag.
  2. Marinade 4 hours in refrigerator (over night better)
  3. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  4. Cook for 4 hours

  1. Brown in a skillet adding entire contents of bag.
  2. Let rest for 10 minutes
  3. Carve and enjoy
