Directions

  • Step 1

    Squeeze out a Large amount of sauerkraut with a cheese cloth to add into the vacuum sealed bag and cook with the Pork Loin

      Pan Sear on High heat to Brown the outside of the pork loin or Pork Chops

    • Step 1

      In the same pan add everything from the Vacuum Sealed bag, juices and all and heat up, add more sauerkraut and heat till hot!

    • Step 2

      Slice and enjoy!
