- Sauerkraut
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Squeeze out a Large amount of sauerkraut with a cheese cloth to add into the vacuum sealed bag and cook with the Pork Loin
Finishing Steps
- Pan Sear on High heat to Brown the outside of the pork loin or Pork Chops
- In the same pan add everything from the Vacuum Sealed bag, juices and all and heat up, add more sauerkraut and heat till hot!
- Slice and enjoy!
