  • 2-3 lb pork loin large like roast

  • Garlic

  • Italian seasoning

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Score the meat and season salt pepper garlic Italian seasoning.

  • Step 2

    Spray with olive oil

  • Step 3

    Sous vide

  • Step 4

    Remove from Sous vide and place in very hot cast iron pan in olive oil and garlic. Brown or char.

  • Step 5

    Add pat of butter and baste using some of the juices from Sous vide bag.

  • Step 6

    Serve with drizzle of pan juice.
