Ingredients
- 2-3 lb pork loin large like roast
- Garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil
Directions
- Score the meat and season salt pepper garlic Italian seasoning.
- Spray with olive oil
- Sous vide
- Remove from Sous vide and place in very hot cast iron pan in olive oil and garlic. Brown or char.
- Add pat of butter and baste using some of the juices from Sous vide bag.
- Serve with drizzle of pan juice.
