Directions

  1. Score the meat and season salt pepper garlic Italian seasoning.
  2. Spray with olive oil
  3. Sous vide
  4. Remove from Sous vide and place in very hot cast iron pan in olive oil and garlic. Brown or char.
  5. Add pat of butter and baste using some of the juices from Sous vide bag.
  6. Serve with drizzle of pan juice.
