Pork belly lard 200g.
1 tbsp of fresh ground rock salt.
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 clove fresh garlic ( sliced ) or 1/2 tsp powder
Planty of freshly ground black pepper
Optional: dried dill.
Directions

Step 1
Mix all spices.

Cover the meat with the spice mix and put bay leaves on top.

Vacuum seal meat and place into the sous vide container. Set the temperature and wait.....

Let the meat cool down, then place it into the fridge for the couple of hours or enjoy warm. Optionally add crust using flame torch.
