Ingredients
- Pork belly lard 200g.
- 1 tbsp of fresh ground rock salt.
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 clove fresh garlic ( sliced ) or 1/2 tsp powder
- Planty of freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: dried dill.
Directions
- Mix all spices.
- Cover the meat with the spice mix and put bay leaves on top.
- Vacuum seal meat and place into the sous vide container.
Set the temperature and wait.....
Finishing Steps
- Let the meat cool down, then place it into the fridge for the couple of hours or enjoy warm. Optionally add crust using flame torch.
