  • 1 jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (397g)

  • 20ml Shao Xing Rice Wine

  • 3 tablespoons of honey

      Place under grill

    • Step 2

      Set grill to medium high

    • Step 3

      Watch carefully and turn once pork starts to char

    • Step 4

      Keep turning until entire piece has been grilled and has a nice char finish

    • Step 5

      Finally brush with honey and glaze under grill evenly. About 1 minute
