- 2kg pork collar butt
- 1 jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (397g)
- 20ml Shao Xing Rice Wine
- 3 tablespoons of honey

Finishing Steps
- Remove from pot and pat dry.
- Place under grill
- Set grill to medium high
- Watch carefully and turn once pork starts to char
- Keep turning until entire piece has been grilled and has a nice char finish
- Finally brush with honey and glaze under grill evenly. About 1 minute
