  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic rub

  • Rosemary

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

Directions

    Season the pork chops with pepper garlic rub and salt Put the meat In the vacuum bag , put one rosemary per bag

    Sous vide for 1 hour and 10 minutes @ 140F
