Ingredients
- Pork chops 1.5” thick
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic rub
- Rosemary
- Butter
- Olive oil
Directions
- Season the pork chops with pepper garlic rub and salt
Put the meat In the vacuum bag , put one rosemary per bag
- Sous vide for 1 hour and 10 minutes @ 140F
Finishing Steps
- Let it rest for 5 min
Pat the meat with paper towel
Dear in olive oil for 1-2 minutes per side , till golden brown
Baste in butter and rosemary for another minute
Let the meat rest for 10-15 minutes
Use the meat juice from the bag , boil till thick and pour a small amount on the pork chops
