Ingredients for 12

  • 4-5lb Pork Butt

  • 2 Limes, Sliced

  • 1 Large Onion, Rough Chop

  • 2 Large Jalapeños

  • 1/4c Mexican Coke(Coke made with real cane sugar)

  • 3/4c Orange Juice

  • At least 2 T salt but depends on size of Butt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Put all ingredients in bag and cryovac. Put in heated water.
