Pork Butt for Carnitas/ BBQ/ Pulled Prok
This versatile pork can be used of any recipe that calls for shredded Pork Butt. The recipe only adds a hint of flavor but a lot of juiciness.

Ingredients
- 4-5lb Pork Butt
- 2 Limes, Sliced
- 1 Large Onion, Rough Chop
- 2 Large JalapeƱos
- 1/4c Mexican Coke(Coke made with real cane sugar)
- 3/4c Orange Juice
- At least 2 T salt but depends on size of Butt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in bag and cryovac. Put in heated water.
