  • Step 1

    Marinate pork belly and vacuum seal

  • Step 2

    Place in sous vide at 168 for 10 hours

  • Step 3

    Remove and cool in fridge

  • Step 4

    Remove cooled belly from vacuum pack

  • Step 5

    Cut belly into portions

  • Step 6

    Cool on griddle, deep fryer, sauté pan and serve with rice or in tacos.

  • Step 7

    As an alternative you can broil In oven and serve in larger pieces.
