- Marinate pork belly and vacuum seal
- Place in sous vide at 168 for 10 hours
- Remove and cool in fridge
- Remove cooled belly from vacuum pack
- Cut belly into portions
- Cool on griddle, deep fryer, sauté pan and serve with rice or in tacos.
- As an alternative you can broil
In oven and serve in larger pieces.
