  1. Marinate pork belly and vacuum seal
  2. Place in sous vide at 168 for 10 hours
  3. Remove and cool in fridge
  4. Remove cooled belly from vacuum pack
  5. Cut belly into portions
  6. Cool on griddle, deep fryer, sauté pan and serve with rice or in tacos.
  7. As an alternative you can broil In oven and serve in larger pieces.
