Directions

  • Step 1

    Season with all the rub, souse vidde for 8hrs @ 158F

    Wrap meat in foil , skin side up, leaving skin exposed Cost the skin with vinegar Apply salt on skin , then put in fridge for 8 hrs After that wipe the salt , then poke holes in skin again
