Ingredients
- Pork belly
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Minced garlic
- Vinegar
Directions
- Season with all the rub, souse vidde for 8hrs @ 158F
- Dip in ice bath , then pad dry and poke holes on skin. You can use a fork or meat tenderizer needle
- Wrap meat in foil , skin side up, leaving skin exposed
Cost the skin with vinegar
Apply salt on skin , then put in fridge for 8 hrs
After that wipe the salt , then poke holes in skin again
Finishing Steps
- Oven bake at high heat for 20-30 min,until the skin is crispy
