Ingredients for 6

  • 2kg Pork (Any cut is fine because it's going to be super tender and juicy)

  • Bay leaves

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup Vinegar

  • 1 bulb Garlic (chopped)

  • 2Tb Brown sugar

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cut pork into cubes and place in a bowl with other ingredients. Mix altogether until meat is thoroughly curated in marinade. Place in two bags and vacuum seal

    Once temperature has been reached, place bags in water bath for 24 hours.

      Your Adobo is ready to serve. Another option is to save it for another day. You could keep it in a fridge for a few days or even freeze it. All you have to do is hear it up in a pan, and it's ready to serve.
