  1. Cut pork into cubes and place in a bowl with other ingredients. Mix altogether until meat is thoroughly curated in marinade. Place in two bags and vacuum seal
  2. Once temperature has been reached, place bags in water bath for 24 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Your Adobo is ready to serve. Another option is to save it for another day. You could keep it in a fridge for a few days or even freeze it. All you have to do is hear it up in a pan, and it's ready to serve.
