Prep Time: 00:15

Ingredients
- 2kg Pork (Any cut is fine because it's going to be super tender and juicy)

- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 bulb Garlic (chopped)
- 2Tb Brown sugar
Directions
- Cut pork into cubes and place in a bowl with other ingredients. Mix altogether until meat is thoroughly curated in marinade.
Place in two bags and vacuum seal
- Once temperature has been reached, place bags in water bath for 24 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Your Adobo is ready to serve.
Another option is to save it for another day. You could keep it in a fridge for a few days or even freeze it. All you have to do is hear it up in a pan, and it's ready to serve.
