Perfectly Seared Chicken Breasts

2 chicken breasts (no more than 1” thick)
Coarse kosher salt/ black pepper
Dried oregano/ rosemary
Turmeric and Cardamom
Mix with olive oil
Marinate for 1 hour min.
I like to finish with a 30-40 second sear on cast iron on each side.
Serve with veggies or cut up in a salad!
