Ingredients for 2

  • 2-(x)Eggs (Out of the fridge for 2-3 minutes)

  • Slotted spoon

  • Bowl of Ice water (Enough to submerge (x) eggs)

  • Any type of bread for toast (Optional)

  • Salt + Pepper (Optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Use slotted spoon to gently lower eggs into water.

  • Step 3

    Cook eggs for 12-14 minutes

      Use slotted spoon to carefully lower eggs into ice water and let them sit for approximately 1 minute.
