A lot of recipes use the word perfect, or best, which are always subjective. So instead of the normal route, I instead providing the most accurate starting point for achieving the best poached eggs for yourself.

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC
  2. Use slotted spoon to gently lower eggs into water.
  3. Cook eggs for 12-14 minutes

Finishing Steps

  1. Use slotted spoon to carefully lower eggs into ice water and let them sit for approximately 1 minute.
