Accurate Poached Eggs
A lot of recipes use the word perfect, or best, which are always subjective.
So instead of the normal route, I instead providing the most accurate starting point for achieving the best poached eggs for yourself.

Ingredients
- 2-(x)Eggs (Out of the fridge for 2-3 minutes)
- Slotted spoon
- Bowl of Ice water (Enough to submerge (x) eggs)
- Any type of bread for toast (Optional)
- Salt + Pepper (Optional)
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC
- Use slotted spoon to gently lower eggs into water.
- Cook eggs for 12-14 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Use slotted spoon to carefully lower eggs into ice water and let them sit for approximately 1 minute.
