2 Ribeye steaks 1 inch thick
Salt
Pepper
Kerrygold Butter
Avocado oil
Directions

Step 1
Season steaks with salt and pepper.

Step 2
Vacuum seal steaks.

Step 3
Sous vide at 133 degrees for 3.5 hours.

Step 4
Remove from bags, pat steaks dry to allow for best sear.

Step 5
Oil cast iron skillet lightly enough where a film of oil covers the entire skillet. Sear both sides on med/high for a minute each side.

Step 6
Add half stick of butter to skillet and baste each side for one minute.

Step 7
Remove steaks and plate let them sit for 10 mins.
