Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye steaks 1 inch thick
- Salt
- Pepper
- Kerrygold Butter
- Avocado oil
Directions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Vacuum seal steaks.
- Sous vide at 133 degrees for 3.5 hours.
- Remove from bags, pat steaks dry to allow for best sear.
- Oil cast iron skillet lightly enough where a film of oil covers the entire skillet. Sear both sides on med/high for a minute each side.
- Add half stick of butter to skillet and baste each side for one minute.
- Remove steaks and plate let them sit for 10 mins.
- Enjoy.
