Directions

    Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder - Pre-Sear the shank cuts before cooking to retain the juices

    Sauté the onions

  • Step 3

    Add the Carrots and the celery and clock for a few minutes

  • Step 4

    Add the Wine and the chopped tomatoes

  • Step 5
