Ingredients
- 4 Shank cuts with bone
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder
- 1 cup White Onions
- 2 cups Carrots
- 2 cups Celery
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 cups Choped Tomatoes
Directions
- Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder - Pre-Sear the shank cuts before cooking to retain the juices
- Sauté the onions
- Add the Carrots and the celery and clock for a few minutes
- Add the Wine and the chopped tomatoes
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 174.2ºF / 79.0ºC.
