Sprig of Rosemary
Sprigs of Thyme
Smashed Garlic Cloves
Cracked Black Pepper
Salt
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC

Step 2
Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides and place in bag with rosemary, thyme and garlic.

Sous Vide for 1 hour.

When timer goes off, remove steak from bag leaving herbs and garlic. Pat the steak dry before using a torch with Searzall or a pre-heated cast iron pan, sear for a couple minutes until desired browning is reached.
