Ingredients
- Sprig of Rosemary
- Sprigs of Thyme
- Smashed Garlic Cloves
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides and place in bag with rosemary, thyme and garlic.
- Sous Vide for 1 hour.
Finishing Steps
- When timer goes off, remove steak from bag leaving herbs and garlic. Pat the steak dry before using a torch with Searzall or a pre-heated cast iron pan, sear for a couple minutes until desired browning is reached.
