  • Thyme

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place in Sous Vide and cook as above.

  • Step 2

    Remove Steak from Sous Vide pouch, pat dry and place in Fridge for 10 Minutes. After 10 minutes, Sear steak in cast iron pan to char both sides. About 2 minutes. Remove from pan and let sit for 3 minutes, serve right away.
