  1. Place in Sous Vide and cook as above.
  2. Remove Steak from Sous Vide pouch, pat dry and place in Fridge for 10 Minutes. After 10 minutes, Sear steak in cast iron pan to char both sides. About 2 minutes. Remove from pan and let sit for 3 minutes, serve right away.
