  • Salmon

  • Organic grass fed butter

  • Himalayan salt

  • Course black pepper

  • Avocado oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season salmon filets with salt and pepper

  • Step 2

    Vacuum Seal

  • Step 3

    Sous Vide @ 122 degrees for 1 hour

  • Step 4

    Pat dry, lightly oil cast iron skillet and sear both sides on medium/high for a minute.

  • Step 5

    Reduce heat to medium, add half stick of butter to skillet baste each side of salmon for a minute.

  • Step 6

    Plate and enjoy.
