  1. Season salmon filets with salt and pepper
  2. Vacuum Seal
  3. Sous Vide @ 122 degrees for 1 hour
  4. Pat dry, lightly oil cast iron skillet and sear both sides on medium/high for a minute.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add half stick of butter to skillet baste each side of salmon for a minute.
  6. Plate and enjoy.
