Ingredients
- Salmon
- Organic grass fed butter
- Himalayan salt
- Course black pepper
- Avocado oil
Directions
- Season salmon filets with salt and pepper
- Vacuum Seal
- Sous Vide @ 122 degrees for 1 hour
- Pat dry, lightly oil cast iron skillet and sear both sides on medium/high for a minute.
- Reduce heat to medium, add half stick of butter to skillet baste each side of salmon for a minute.
- Plate and enjoy.
