  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Put your desired rub on it and vacuum seal with butter chunks on top of the meat

  • Step 3

    Cook 8 hours and sear

  • Step 4

    Tear it up!!!!!!
