Ingredients
- 5lb NY Strip roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Put your desired rub on it and vacuum seal with butter chunks on top of the meat
- Cook 8 hours and sear
- Tear it up!!!!!!
Finishing Steps
- Put on a red hot charcoal grill for 1-1.5 min a side or hit with a propane torch to sear.
