  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Put your desired rub on it and vacuum seal with butter chunks on top of the meat
  3. Cook 8 hours and sear
  4. Tear it up!!!!!!

Finishing Steps

  1. Put on a red hot charcoal grill for 1-1.5 min a side or hit with a propane torch to sear.
