Ingredients for 4
3lbs Flank Steak
3/4c. Orange Juice
1/2c. Lemon Juice
1/2c. Lime Juice
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2c. Soy Sauce
1tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers
1tbsp chili powder
1tbsp cumin
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp black pepper
1t Mexican oregano
1/2c. olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Combine juices, peppers & spices. Slowly whisk in olive oil until well mixed. Set one cup aside for use once sous vide cooking is complete.

Step 2
Pound flank steak (or have your butcher run it through the tenderizer) to 1/4” thinness. Place in marinade bag for 4-24 hours.

Cook in SousVide 130 degrees for 90mi

Step 4
Once finished roughly chop meat & sear in pre-heated pan adding reserve marinade.
