  1. Combine juices, peppers & spices. Slowly whisk in olive oil until well mixed. Set one cup aside for use once sous vide cooking is complete.
  2. Pound flank steak (or have your butcher run it through the tenderizer) to 1/4” thinness. Place in marinade bag for 4-24 hours.
  3. Cook in SousVide 130 degrees for 90mi
  4. Once finished roughly chop meat & sear in pre-heated pan adding reserve marinade.

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve with tortillas, onion, cilantro, sour cream & your favorite salsa.
