Ingredients
- 3lbs Flank Steak
- 3/4c. Orange Juice
- 1/2c. Lemon Juice
- 1/2c. Lime Juice
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2c. Soy Sauce
- 1tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers
- 1tbsp chili powder
- 1tbsp cumin
- 1tbsp paprika
- 1tbsp black pepper
- 1t Mexican oregano
- 1/2c. olive oil
Directions
- Combine juices, peppers & spices. Slowly whisk in olive oil until well mixed. Set one cup aside for use once sous vide cooking is complete.
- Pound flank steak (or have your butcher run it through the tenderizer) to 1/4” thinness. Place in marinade bag for 4-24 hours.
- Cook in SousVide 130 degrees for 90mi
- Once finished roughly chop meat & sear in pre-heated pan adding reserve marinade.
Finishing Steps
- Serve with tortillas, onion, cilantro, sour cream & your favorite salsa.
