Ingredients for 3

  • 1 pound cubed Beef

  • 2 cups Button Mushrooms chopped

  • 1 cup beef stock

  • 1/2 leak chopped

  • 1 Garlic Clove crushed

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 4 dashes of Worcestershier sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    1) in a bowl combine meat, garlic, mushroom, leak, salt, and pepper. Mix and then add to bag.

  • Step 2

    2) seal bag with vacuum or water method.

  • Step 3

    3) after water is at temperature place in water bath and cook at 185° for 8 hours.

  • Step 4

    4) after cooking remove from water bath and transfer to a pot or deep walled pan.

  • Step 5

    5) bring contents to a boil and then reduce to medium low heat and cover with a lid. Add water as needed to cook for 10 min.

      For a fresh meal: Server over your choice of Rice or vegie rice with a side salad. For a hardy meal: cook off liquid and server with roster patatos and Sous Vide Asparagus.
