  1. 1) in a bowl combine meat, garlic, mushroom, leak, salt, and pepper. Mix and then add to bag.
  2. 2) seal bag with vacuum or water method.
  3. 3) after water is at temperature place in water bath and cook at 185° for 8 hours.
  4. 4) after cooking remove from water bath and transfer to a pot or deep walled pan.
  5. 5) bring contents to a boil and then reduce to medium low heat and cover with a lid. Add water as needed to cook for 10 min.

Finishing Steps

  1. For a fresh meal: Server over your choice of Rice or vegie rice with a side salad. For a hardy meal: cook off liquid and server with roster patatos and Sous Vide Asparagus.
