Ingredients for 6
1-Onion
1-Clove of Garlic
1-Lemon
1/3 Bottle- Mojo Marinade
4 lb- Pork Butt
1-Carrot
Directions

Step 1
Slice onion, mince garlic, carrot, squeeze lemon, and apply mojo marinade to the pork butt directly in package and seal tight.

Step 2
Sous vide At 165F for 24hrs

Step 3
Remove from plastic and dust in light salt (do not discard the mojo)

Step 4
Sear at Med/Hi in searing pot for no more than 5 minutes.

Step 5
Reapply 1/2 onions/marinade left in plastic and let simmer for 5 minutes on low.

Step 6
Boil down remaining marinade and serve with yellow rice
