Ingredients
- 1-Onion
- 1-Clove of Garlic
- 1-Lemon
- 1/3 Bottle- Mojo Marinade
- 4 lb- Pork Butt
- 1-Carrot
Directions
- Slice onion, mince garlic, carrot, squeeze lemon, and apply mojo marinade to the pork butt directly in package and seal tight.
- Sous vide At 165F for 24hrs
- Remove from plastic and dust in light salt (do not discard the mojo)
- Sear at Med/Hi in searing pot for no more than 5 minutes.
- Reapply 1/2 onions/marinade left in plastic and let simmer for 5 minutes on low.
- Boil down remaining marinade and serve with yellow rice
