Pepper
1 1/2 cup of beef broth, with mushroom packet added
Splash of olive oil
Bunch (1 cup) of pepperchini peppers
Stick of butter

Sous Vide frozen chuck roast for 2 hours

Move roast after 2 hours, into crockpot at low. Cool for 5-6 hours
