  • Packet of ranch (spicy version)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup of beef broth, with mushroom packet added

  • Splash of olive oil

  • Bunch (1 cup) of pepperchini peppers

  • Stick of butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Sous Vide frozen chuck roast for 2 hours

  • Step 2

    Add other ingredients to crock pot

  • Step 3

    Move roast after 2 hours, into crockpot at low. Cool for 5-6 hours
