Must start frozen and vacuumed. Nothing fancy, we just find it easy to buy the roasts at Costco and freeze ahead of time. I salt and pepper before vacuum sealing.

  1. Sous Vide frozen chuck roast for 2 hours
  2. Add other ingredients to crock pot
  3. Move roast after 2 hours, into crockpot at low. Cool for 5-6 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Cook mashed potatoes Serve with green beans
