Mississippi Pot roast
Must start frozen and vacuumed. Nothing fancy, we just find it easy to buy the roasts at Costco and freeze ahead of time. I salt and pepper before vacuum sealing.

Ingredients
- Packet of ranch (spicy version)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/2 cup of beef broth, with mushroom packet added
- Splash of olive oil
- Bunch (1 cup) of pepperchini peppers
- Stick of butter
Directions
- Sous Vide frozen chuck roast for 2 hours
- Add other ingredients to crock pot
- Move roast after 2 hours, into crockpot at low.
Cool for 5-6 hours
Finishing Steps
- Cook mashed potatoes
Serve with green beans
